Hello! This year my family is focused on clean eating and incorporating more whole grains and vegetables into our diet. When deciding to change our lifestyle we are wanting to have 1/4 plate of meat, 1/4 plate of starch and 1/2 a plate of vegetables to make up our dinner.
This seems easy enough when written down, but when it comes to planning a menu and adding a different variety of vegetables to our diet without the meals becoming boring it is hard. So today I am sharing my go to list of vegetables and grains with you. One item that I want to try is Garlic Olive Oil. I have not tried this brand, but is has a great review and it would add great flavor to veggies. Please share in the comments bellow what is your favorite veggie combination.
