Hello! I thought I would share some of my healthy breakfast ideas with you. Usually I eat some form of Cheerios "on the days I go to school. Then when I am off I like to eat oatmeal (old fashion oats). If I eat cereal I love to add Greek yogurt for I can have protein to get through my morning. Then I usuall take a piece of fruit for snack around 10:00 a.m.
Please share in the comments below what you like to eat for breakfast. Also do not forget to give yourself credit for the changes that you have made. Remember that it is the small changes that add up to large changes!
